We give preference to Extra-Judicial Debt Collection due to efficiency, timesaving and cost-effectiveness of it. With this process, we initiate a series of negotiation with the debtors with the view to ensuring that the overdue amounts are paid as much and soon as possible.

If the debts cannot be settled out-of-court, then we will initiate the Judicial Debt Collection, in which case we provide complex legal services including filing legal actions and acting as an Attorney.
